Complaint:Assalamu'alaikum

I'm here to raise an issue about left over HnD graduates whom have difficulties in job application. Nowadays all Graduate Trainee is required to have minimum Degree. What about us? I-Ready is such a good implementation to help young graduates - FOR DEGREE. What about for HnD? Not all of us can go for Degree - some may not have their courses available in Brunei, some may due to financial matters, not to mention the high GPA requirement for student loan. 4 / 5 years ago, HnD holders were able to apply for Graduate Trainee.
We are stuck - we have no experience, there's no way to be trainee, and not to mention benchmarks of job requirement is quite high nowadays. What will happen to us HnD holders?

To support your LBD objectives, why don't you encourage private companies and even govt sector to employ more local graduate trainees? Not only for Degree, but for HnD and ND as well. What's the harm investing in youth knowing we will be the next generation.

Complaint:EDPMO/BEDB/DARE please fixed before everything gets messed up.

• Does EDPMO know, Mostly a Chinese company in PMB does not have HR?
• Does EDPMO know if the Employment Agency has changed their function to HR at Chinese company in PMB.
• Does EDPMO aware, if China company always ask local work for long hour but give minimum salary?
• Is not enough mostly workers monopoly by China people?
• The Administration and HR jobs should be reserved only for Local.

NO wonder local difficult getting job lately because Employment Agency now changed their function to HR in Chinese company, especially company in PMB. From selecting CV until employing staff.
EDPMO and Company X SHOULD NOT ALLOW the Employment Agency direct deal with you ALL because the employment agency is not the company's staff.

sini kan minta pihak biskita untuk datang ke sana and check tah HR di sna check the management di sana n how they treat local workers di sana.

on the 3rd day sudah aku keraja sana kami kana bgitau uleh HR yang manager nya complaint sal ada yang malas buat kraja pasal ia mau kmi bdiri memanjanng tuk 8 jam, kerusi untuk kmi rhat skjap manager nya ambil reason nya tungu dah kmi improve bru ia bagi balik krusi atu..like what do u expect its our 1st and 2nd day of work tarus2 steady kah berdiri for 8 hours?? Then tmpat kmi spatut nya brhat yang damit atu ia smpan lugage guest jua di sna..nda ia berhati perut kah..dh la nada krusi then ia buat lagi tmpat smpan lugage..then the HR cakap kami patut buat something yang wow d mata nya..aku tu bpkir ia tu HR ia patut consider smua tu buleh ckp kes buli sudah tu..

Then waktu interview kana ckp 6 hari kraja shari off tapi aku kana 2 hari saja pagi lapas tu patang lapas tu malam..and yg sakit nya 9 hari aku malam..aku bini2 kalau ada apa2 terjadi arah ku durg kn tangung jawap ka..FYI 6hari aku kja mlm sorang another 3 hari ada dgn..

lpas atu ada yg lain bcreta ada kes guest nya cuba merunding housekeeping bni2 pilipin di sana..then esok nya sengaja guest atu bgitau mnta cek kn tv nya nda mau on..luckily reception time atu lelaki then sudh ia ke atas ia liat dua lelaki atu btuala sahaja n tv atu switch nya sja boff n housekeeping atu ckp ia confident ia andang sudah on tv atu..kalau lah apa2 terjadi mlm atu..durang kn btangungjawap?? At least bg security ka dsna or kalau kerja mlm atu bdgn ka at least sorang lelaki..kalau aku kja mlm kejadian yang tidak ingini blaku cana? Malang nda bbau..Tapi mnyedih kan nada apa2 tindakan kana ambil..

then dh lah 9 mlm..9 jam..bukan ka pbaik shift tu likit krja is 8 jam?ok ckp la sejam rhat so total 8 jam tapi kalau sudh sorang cana kn rhat?counter msti sntiasa ada urg..

then kawan ku ada akhir dtg durg buleh ptong gaji kn 2 hari,tantu plang ia akhir tu nda pyh dtg tarus,shari sna 15 jua sja..mkin lagi durg potong..kana buli bah local ani..

Aku apply as receptionist tp buleh durg suruh jd driver jua bukan minta2 kalau apa2 berlaku durg kn tangungjawap ka contoh accident ka apa ka

aku btungkus lumus korban kn masa sama family apa sudh end of the month terima nya dua ratus labih sahaja..bukn nda bsyukur..syukur sudh tapi dua ratus labih tp kja for 9 days mlm nada life pagi nda bbaloi rasa nya..

seriously lapas ku kraja sana bru tah ku tau cuzen ku yang pernah kja sana ckp swiss hotel atu andang famous suka ptong gaji pekerja..dh la durg bgi sikit ptong lagi gaji pekerja mkin la sikit..lau kami dtg awl bah nda urg kn mandang tu tapi tkana akhir trus ptong..pdahal manger sna bah pakai kreta porshe..sadang2 kan membuli tahap catu sekali..

pls check tah management di swiss hotel KB atu..merayu ku..smpai bila anak brunei kn kana buli atu kn kana cakap memilih krja..bukn milih..liat la cara durg handle pekerja..mcm membuli perkerja local..

Name:Engine Cadet Student yang sakit hati (BMA)
Complaint:Assalamualaikum, kami student BMA, aku sama kawanku masani seatime training (seafarer) di sebuah company baru di Brunei selama 3 bulan.. kami masih lagi di kira kan sebagai Cadet/Student under training..

Di company ani, kami berdua saja anak tempatan dan yang selebihnya dari Indonesia dan Malaysia. Di sini, kami sepatutnya di latih dan di tujuk ajar oleh Chief Engineer memandangkan bidang kami adalah Marine Engineering.

Tetapi, sedari hari pertama kami naik kapal ani, SETIAP hari kami kana marah marahi ulih chief engineer, kana masami muka, kana cari kesalahan even yg damit. Marahhya lagi smpai ke hati, inda ya pandai kan bckp bisai bisai. Tebuat orang dengannya sebangsa, inda ya marah marah. Pilih kasih... Ia cakap ia kana bayar gaji bukan untuk mengajar kami (Chief Engineer : Orang Malaysia)

Kami inda kisah banyak kraja kana bagi, tapi yang kami inda puas hati, yang bukan kraja kami, kami jua kana suruh buat. Segala membuang sampah, membasuh pinggang mangkuk, memop, menyapu, memasak, mengikat tali kapal apa. Macam orang suruhan jua usul kami.

Dalam sehari atu, Kami biasanya keraja 14 jam yang sepatutnya 12 jam saja, gaji overtime lagi nada. tidur kami jarang kan sampai 6 jam, biasanya 5 jam labih ganya. Ahir bangun sikit abis kana marah, inda lagi alang alang ya marah ani, dapan pekerja lain.

Sampai nada benda kan di marahkan nya, extension karan yang ku bawa dari rumah pun kan di rampasnya. Alasannya SOP Manual Book inda membenarkan kami membawa.


Abis sudah cerita pasal marah marah, ani cerita pasal gaji lagi. Gaji kami $15 sehari, elaun offshore $10 sehari. Skali ada putungan tap sama scp (8.5%).. gaji kami bulan Mei dikira 15 hari saja since kami baru start 17hb. kami terima gaji sepatuynya $375... selepas putungan tap sama scp kami terima $306 saja, bukan kah $343 sepatutnya kami terima? sudah kmi tanya org office, lain di tanya lain drg jawab, skali ani balum tah breply.. (gaji kami di bayar secara tunai, ada org antar ke kapal)

Ani cerita pasal hari pertama kami kerja lagi, beberapa minggu sebelum kami start kraja, kami kana inform turun di kb port. then tau tau dlm 3 hari lagi kan naik kapal, baru kami kana inform yg kami naik di port sibu. aku sama kawanku inda kana inform apa apa pasal cemana kami kesana, pakai apa, siapa dangan kami apa. Sudah kami tanya, baru kana gtau pakai bas. and ada Chief sama AB yg ikut. kami kana suruh tunggu di company saja on 17th May atu.

Then 17hb May atu, kami kana ambil
ulih driver bersama chief and AB dari company, rupanya sudah smpai miri, chief sama ab kana antar ke airport, kami kana antar ke station bas. Nasib jua aku ada sim kad malaysia and dpt contact org di ofis, rupanya kami kana suruh jumpa org di miri, tpi baru kana inform msa smpai di miri. then sdh bjumpa org atu bagi tiket bas, bejalan 4.30pm, sdgkan kami smpai pkl 1 di sana. batah jua menunggu tu, banyak lagi brg kami bawa, brg brg drg yg kraja kapal kami jua bawa. drg yg lain semua pakai flight, kami dua pakai bus, inda lagi kami tau di mana turunnya, duit rm lgi nda banyak.. perjalanan lagi smpai 9 jam. lapar parut kami menunggu smpai ke sibu, lain lagi ingaukan brg terlampau banyak. sudah smpai sibu, kami turun, then inda tau kemana, paksa lagi txt org ofis, walaupun ahir malam. drg gtau ada hotel drg sediakan apa. alhamdulillah plg sudah drg sediakan hotel and makan minum lapas smpai apatu. tapi masalahnya semua atu kana gtau time kami dlm perjalanan, keselamatan kami nda drg fikirkan, drg semua nyaman pakai flight..

and mcm mcm lagi lah, aku masatu sakit muntah muntah, minta kebenaran off duty,  nda kana bagi.

summary dari cerita ku ani
1) Keselamatan kami kana pentingkan
2) SETIAP hari kana marah, pandai mencari kesalahan..
3)Rest hour inda cukup
4)Gaji kana putung sesuka hati
5)Sakit nada kana suruh rehat

Minta maaf lampau panjang, aku harap EIDPMO ambil tindakkan secepatnya, terima kasih.

PS:/ kapal kami masani berlabuh di miri dari hari kedua puasa sudah.
